This just in: In response to numerous taunts by GWB to the effect of "go ahead and try to smite me God!" God has apparently decided to call GWB's bluff.

The stand off between the US's worst president and the infamous alpha and the omega is developing as I type!

UPDATE: Apparently God has taken into consideration your concerns about punishing the daughter for the father's sins and the thunderstorm has miraculously disappeared.  An hour ago we were preparing for a severe thunderstorm with hail, wind gusts up to 65 mph and possible tornados.  Now, it might sprinkle.

This begs the question: Why God?

UPDATE X2: A Smiting has indeed been confirmed by a second source, Dr. Neil Frank reports that this was the only thunderstorm in the state. It hit the Bush ranch around 21:30 (CDT).  Thanks movingforward for the info.
